No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers. Fonts and scripts load from my own domain. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which briefly keeps technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and operation.
When you email me
I process your email address, name and message so I can reply and prepare an offer or sample (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before a contract). I keep that correspondence as long as needed, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact if we don’t end up working together.
When you order
I process identification and billing details and project emails to deliver the work (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c)), for as long as those rules require. If you pay by card, the payment is processed by Revolut (Revolut Bank UAB). You enter your card number on Revolut’s page, and I don’t see or store it.
If I contacted you
I contact businesses one at a time, using only work contact details the business published itself (for example on its website), based on my legitimate interest in offering a service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Reply once to say no and I won’t contact you again. I delete your details and keep only a do-not-contact note.
Who sees the data
I never sell data or share it for marketing. I use standard providers (email, hosting, office tools) that may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email dom@dkubica.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
