I run Counterpoint on my own as a sole trader in Prague. I’m just getting started, so I don’t have a long client list yet. What I do have is a clear process and a source for everything I write.
Why I do this
Most businesses know what their competitors promise. Fewer know what customers complain about. That’s often the easiest place to stand out.
The information is usually public, in price lists and reviews. Someone just has to take the time to go through it properly. That’s what I do.
How I work
- Public sources only. Websites, price pages, public reviews and business directories.
- A source for everything. Every quote and price has a link. Anything I can’t verify, I label.
- Short and practical. Instead of a long deck, a few concrete suggestions on what to say and what not to.
- AI as a helper. It helps me collect data, but I check the results and verify contacts myself.
Where I am
I live and work in Prague. I work for businesses in Prague and elsewhere in the Czech Republic, in English or Czech.
